Tennis weekend - September 2011

Well, we had a fun filled tennis weekend. First, we drove to the Verizon Center in DC to see the Champions Tennis event on Friday night. We saw Agassi, Courier, Sampras, and Chang play matches. A nice dinner with our friends, Carlos and Lindsey prior to the matches. The next morning, we played in the "In The Pink" charity tennis event in Charlottesville at Fairview with a great group of people. It was a wonderful way to spend a Saturday morning and for a good cause--MJH Marriane's Room which is a wig, scarf, etc room at the hospital for patients that have a need for them. Great fun and we play in it every year. Last, I played in a mixed doubles match on Sunday. A full weekend loaded with tennis on each day, what could be better?
